Shipping, Returns & Refunds
PROJECTKIN uses a wide range of international and domestic carriers for shipping and returning packages. We will inform you of which carrier we will be using for your specific order via email. Please note that we are not liable for the package after handing it over to the carrier (cf. The Danish Sale of Goods act §10).
After you place an order on www.projectkin.com and complete the payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You can read more about the payment process here. You will receive a second e-mail when the order is shipped, and you can track your order through the tracking link provided in the e-mail.
Unfortunately, our customer service cannot speed up delivery or give you more information than what you can access through the tracking link. However, if you have any questions regarding the shipment, you can contact the shipping company through the information provided on their website.
Standard shipping is free for any address within the European Union and free for any order of at least 100 USD for United States of America, and free for any order of at least 100 EUR for Canada. You can choose express delivery at an added cost. For shipments outside of these countries a shipment fee will be added to the order.
Please note that local taxes, import duty or expenses may occur for shipment to addresses outside the European Union. You will be responsible for the payment of any such additional duties and/or taxes. Kindly note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
PROJECTKIN offers a return period of 365 days with full refund from the day the order was placed for all addresses within the EU. For addresses outside the EU, customers will have to pay the shipping return cost. For products presenting a defect covered within the warranty PROJECTKIN offers to repair or replace the products.
All items that you want to return must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with associated hang tags / price tags. For shipping your returned goods, we encourage you to recycle the packaging.

To return your parcel, please follow below steps:
- In order for you to return your goods, you must first contact our Customer Service at email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We also ask you to indicate the reason for your return, based on the return codes below (1-7).
- We will process your return inquiry within 3 business days after we receive it. Once we have processed your return, we will send you a return confirmation email including return label.
- Print your return label and place it on your return shipment, for free return. Please note that the old shipping label must not be visible.
- Hand in the package according to the instruction you have received from Customer Service.
- Remember to ask for a free receipt for parcel delivery so that the parcel can be tracked should it be lost on the way. The receipt serves as proof of your return.
NOTE: Returns are free and insured only when you use a PROJECTKIN return label.
You will receive a return confirmation email as soon as we receive your parcel in our warehouse. It may take up to 14 business days for us to process your returned order. You will then receive a refund confirmation. Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Should you decide to cancel your pre-order, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to include your name and order ID for us to identify your pre-order. Once we have received you e-mail we will cancel your pre-order and you will recieve the order cancellation. We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days, and send you a confirmation once we have transferred the money back to you.
